高质量发展背景下城市物流能力评价

基于高质量发展背景,文章从物流基础设施、物流运作能力、绿色发展能力、物流创新能力、物流共享能力和物流开放能力六个维度对城市物流能力评价指标体系进行构建,并通过将模糊物元法和变异系数法相结合对河南省各城市的物流能力进行了定量评价.研究结果表明:高质量发展背景下河南省各城市间物流能力发展不均衡,郑州市物流能力位居首位,远超其他城市,洛阳次之,其他城市相对落后;河南省各城市物流能力可以划分为三个层级,其中处于第三层级的各城市迫切需要加快物流发展步伐;河南省各城市分项物流能力差异明显,应从物流创新能力、物流共享能力、物流开放能力和物流绿色发展能力方面寻求突破,并从四个方面提出相应的发展建议,以促进城市物流的高质量发展.
Evaluation of Urban Logistics Capability under the Background of High-quality Development
Based on the background of high quality development,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban logistics capability from six dimensions:logistics infrastructure,logistics operation ability,green development ability,logistics innovation ability,logistics sharing ability and logistics opening ability.By combining fuzzy matter element method and coefficient of variation method,the urban logistics capability is quantitatively evaluated in Henan Province.The results show that:under the background of high quality development,the development of urban logistics capacity among in Henan Province is unbalanced.Zhengzhou's logistics capacity ranks first,and far exceeds other cities,followed by Luoyang,and other cities are relatively backward.The urban logistics capacity in Henan Province can be divided into three levels,among which the cities in the third level urgently need to speed up the pace of logistics development;There are obvious differences in sub item logistics capacity of different cities in Henan Province,breakthroughs should be made in terms of logistics innovation ability,logistics sharing ability,logistics opening ability and logistics green development ability,and this paper also puts forward the corresponding development suggestions from four aspects in order to promote the high quality development of urban logistics.
