计然之策财务管理思想及其创造性转化和发展研究

摘要
如何实现中华传统商业文化的创造性转化和发展是重要的理论和实践问题.首先回顾和梳理了计然之策的起源、基本内涵及其产生的社会历史背景,然后基于现代财务管理理论视角深度分析计然之策蕴含的财务管理思想及其独特之处,以及范蠡、白圭在治理国家及商业贸易中对计然之策的创造性发展和应用,最后结合现代豫商实践分析了计然之策在现代企业中的应用和体现.在社会主义市场经济不断发展的今天,计然之策管理思想仍然具备巨大的现实价值和生命力.
Abstract
Xi proposed that we should propel the creative transmission and development of excellent traditional culture.This is both theoretical and practical issue.This paper reviews the origin and fundamentals of Jiran'tactics and clarify the specific society background in which Jiran'tactics establishment.Second,we analysed the financial management thinkings and its characterisitic of Jinran's tactics from the viewpoint of modern financial management theory.Further,we analysed the creative development and application of Jinran's tactics by Fanli and Baigui.At last,we analysed the applications of Jiran's tactic in modern enterprises by Yu business men.All these analysises and researches above are helpful for carrying forward China's excellent civilization and are helpful for constructing distinctive China's financial management theory.
