领导力价值取向及其价值体系之反思——以"淄博烧烤"现象为分析对象

摘要
在"淄博烧烤"现象背后,领导力的价值取向是淄博经济社会高质量发展的不竭动力.领导力的价值取向是领导者在追求社会高质量发展过程中所秉持的基本价值观和价值态度,这种价值观和价值态度是由多种核心价值要素组合而成并演变为一种关于领导力本质及其成效的价值体系,研究并系统解构领导力价值取向的核心价值体系,对领导力价值取向的形成、执行乃至价值目标的实现,具有积极的实践指导意义.
Abstract
Behind the popular phenomenon of Zibo Barbecue,the value orientation of leadership has always become an inexhaustible driving force for the high-quality development of Zibo's economy and society.The value orientation of leadership is the basic values and value attitudes that leaders adhere to in the process of pursuing high-quality social development.This value concept and attitude is composed of a variety of core value elements and evolves into a leadership-related concept.The value system of the nature of power and its effectiveness and level,researching and systematically deconstructing the core value system elements of leadership value orientation,have positive practical significance for the formation,execution and achievement of value goals of leadership value orientation.
