Nature of Property Rights,Carbon Emission Trading and Green Transformation of Enterprises
In the context of"carbon neutrality"and"carbon peak",the green transformation of enterprises is imminent.This paper,taking the panel data of A shares of SSE and SZSE from 2016 to 2020,conducts empirical research on the relationships between the nature of property rights,carbon emission trading and the green transformation of enterprises.The study found that the nature of property rights and carbon emission trading have significant positive effects on the green transformation of enterprises;carbon emission trading has positive effects on the relationship between property rights and enterprises'green transformation.The research results show that participating in carbon emission trading can improve the advantages of state-owned enterprises in green transformation.The results of this paper can provide the further study of the green transformation with references,and enrich the research on green transformation;this study also explores the path of green transformation,and encourages enterprises to actively participate in carbon emission trading and realize green transformation.
