摘要

在碳峰值、碳中和的目标下,推动数字赋能工业绿色低碳转型势在必行.针对当前"双高"背景下高耗能制造业的发展现状及困境展开分析,并以实地调研诊断相关高耗能制造业企业数字化转型发展情况为基础,探索"双碳"背景下高耗能制造业企业数字化转型的路径,从自动化到数字化到网络化到智能化全面的转型,自下而上涉及智能装备、智能单元、智能产线、智能工厂及智能公司建设等方面.

Abstract

Under the goal of"Dual Carbon",it is imperative to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of digital empowerment industries.This article analyzes the current development status and difficulties of high energy consumption manufacturing industry under the background of"double-high",and based on on-site research and diagnosis of the digital transformation development of high energy consumption manufacturing enterprises,explores the path of digital transformation for high energy consumption manufacturing enterprises under the background of"dual carbon",the comprehensive transformation from automation to digitization to networking to intelligence involves the construction of intelligent equipment,intelligent units,intelligent production lines,intelligent factories,and intelligent companies from bottom to top.
