Research on the Realization Path of"Micro Construction"of New Smart City in Henan Province
The construction of smart cities not only helps to solve many problems existing in the economic and social development of cities,but also has great significance for the improvement of the quality of life of urban residents.Based on the analysis of the logical mechanism of smart city"micro construction",this paper summarizes and proposes the operation mechanism and realization path of new smart city"micro construction",such as paying attention to"micro"details,multi-party participation,and improving the effectiveness of smart city"micro construction";Set specific tasks,encourage the active participation of community residents,and create an atmosphere of smart city construction jointly by everyone;Build a green and smart training mechanism,improve residents'digital literacy,and create a smart city ecosystem governed by everyone.In addition,adhering to the"people-centered"development concept and following the principle of"Co-construction,co-governance and sharing"is also the key to continue to promote the smooth progress of smart city"micro-construction".
