摘要
为提升中华文明传播力和影响力、适应国际中文教育事业新发展、弥补当前国际中文教师中华文化传播力不足,高校要加强国际中文教师中华文化本土化传播能力培养.对此,在国际中文教师职前教育阶段,要深化其对中华文化和对象国文化的学习,提升其外语水平;要加强其跨文化沟通能力培养和对外交流实践锻炼;要大力构建一线国际中文教师中华文化本土化传播案例库,为其中华文化本土化传播能力培养提供丰富素材与鲜活参照;要加强其对现代技术的掌握,培养其互动式教学理念及反思能力.
Abstract
In order to enhance the influence and dissemination of Chinese civilization,adapt to the new development of international Chinese education,and make up for the insufficient dissemination of Chinese culture among international Chinese teachers,the training universities should strengthen the cultivation of the localized communication ability of Chinese culture among international Chinese teachers.In this regard,during the pre service education stage,it is necessary to deepen the learning of Chinese culture and the culture of the target country by international Chinese teachers,and improve their foreign language proficiency;enhancing the cultivation of cross-cultural communication skills among international Chinese teachers,strengthening practical training in foreign exchanges;building a case study on the localized communication of Chinese culture among international Chinese teachers,providing rich materials and fresh references for the cultivation of international Chinese teachers ability to localize Chinese culture;strengthening the mastery of modern technology by international Chinese teachers,cultivating their concept of interactive teaching and reflective ability.
