Improvement of Informatization Teaching Ability of College Teachers Based on Digital Transformation of Education
Promoting the digital transformation of higher education is an inevitable choice to realize the modernization of education,based on this,the article takes the digital transformation of education as the background,collects,combs,and analyzes the data on informatization teaching awareness,design,organization,evaluation,and informatization teaching support,and finds that there are problems such as conservative concepts,lack of knowledge,mechanical application,lack of evaluation ability,and a single training method in the informatization teaching of college teachers.In response to this result,the school level suggests to create an excellent informatization teaching environment by building a common platform for quality resources sharing and sharing,strengthening financial support,building an informatization teaching community,improving the informatization training system,and strengthening the incentives for informatization teaching.Teachers suggest deepening the awareness of informatization teaching;scientific planning to improve informatization teaching design ability,practical empowerment to improve informatization teaching implementation ability,multi-angle analysis to enhance informatization teaching evaluation ability,and strengthening the ability of research to promote teaching,etc,so as to improve the informatization teaching ability of college teachers in multiple ways.
