Comparative Analysis of Castable and Hanging Brick for Refractory of Municipal Solid Waste Incineraton Boiler
In order to strengthen the heat absorption capacity of the radiant heating surface of the waste incineratior heat boiler and reduce the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the horizontal flue, this paper analyzes the feasibility of using the hanging brick method for the refractory materials of the flue.In view of the problems of castable refractory used in the first flue pass of boiler for high parameter waste incinerator, such as low thermal conductivity, and weak oxidation resistance,a new lining material hanging brick is proposed to adapt to changes in the high calorific value of waste. The domestic waste incinerator with a single line treatment scale of 750t/d and low calorific value of 8 372 kJ/kg is taken as the calculation ob-ject,and the differences between the two methods in terms of material inspection, heat ex-change effect and economic benefits are compared. The calculation results show that the total heat transfer coefficient of the heating surface is 1.3~1.67 times that of the castable,so that the flue gas temperature of first flue outlet can be reduced by 32℃ under the condition of boiler maximum continue rate(BMCR),and the residence time of the flue gas meets the en-vironmental protection requirements of 850℃ and 2 s.
