Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics and Ash Wear of Elliptical Finned Tubes
Numerical simulation of heat transfer and ash wear of finned tube bundles is carried out by Fluent finite element simulation software.The analysis results show that the heat transfer and the pressure drop between inlet and outlet increase with the increase of the inlet velocity of the flue gas,and decrease with the increase of the tube spacing.The soot particle deposition rate and the average erosion rate at the tube wall and fin increase with the increase of the flue gas inlet velocity and decrease with the increase of the tube spacing.This paper explores the heat transfer characteristics and ash wear of the flue gas in the evaporation end of separaterd heat pipe exchanger,and provides sufficient theoretical guidance for improving the performance of the separated heat pipe exchanger and improving the overall efficiency of the boiler system.
