基于弱稳态检测的燃煤锅炉热值校正方法

燃料热值自适应控制是提升协调控制系统控制品质的关键技术之一.现有的热值校正技术仍主要采用英制热量单位(BTU)校正器,难以实现燃料热值精准、快速校正.提出了一种基于弱稳态检测的燃料热值校正新方法.首先,实时检测机组运行参数,动态构建弱稳态邻近模型.其次,设计热值校正控制回路,将模型输出用于协调控制系统中,解决燃料热值在线动态校正的行业难题.应用结果表明:基于弱稳态检测的热值校正方法,能够准确地计算当前煤质下的燃料热值校正量,缩短协调控制系统闭环调节过程,降低机组负荷、主蒸汽压力、中间点温度的控制偏差,全面提升机组协调控制品质.该方法具有较高的校正精度,实现模型动态更新,能够较快地掌握机组热值变化情况,可用于开展配煤掺烧的火力发电机组.
Method of Coal-Fired Boiler Fuel Caloricity Correction Based on Weak Steady-State Detection
The self-adaption control of fuel caloricity is one of the key technologies to im-prove the control quality of coordinated control system.The BTU corrector is widely adopted as a primary means of caloricity correction,but it is difficult to achieve accurate and fast cor-rection of fuel calorific value.Therefore,this paper proposes a new fuel calorific correction method based on weak steady-state detection.First,operation parameters of the unit are detected real-time and the adjacent weak steady-state model is dynamically built.Second,the calorific-co-rection control circuit is designed and its outputs are used in the coordinated con-trol system which solves industry challenges in online dynamic correction of fuel calorific val-ue.The application results show that the method of calorific correction based on weak steady-state detection can accurately calculate the value of calorific correction for the current coal quality,shorten the closed-loop regulation process of coordinated control system,and reduce the control deviation of load,main steam pressure and intermediate point temperature,so it can improve the quality of the coordinated control comprehensively.This method has high correction accuracy and realizes dynamic model updates,and it can quickly catch the change of unit calorific value which can be used in coal-fired power generating units with coal blend-ing.
