Optimization and Simulation Study on Air Flow in W-Shaped Flame Boiler Furnace
In this paper, the numerical model of W-shaped flame boiler was established by using CFD to study the changes of air flow in the furnace, the fly ash erosion and of furnace wall wear before and after the cold air-dynamic test. The results show that a good W-shape can be obtained by optimizing the air flow in the cold air-dynamic test; After leveling, the flow field inside the furnace was optimized, the overall wear was improved and the wear rate was reduced from 4×10-6 kg/(m2·s)to 1.5×10-6 kg/(m2·s);The reasonable air flow structure has a great influence on the wear of furnace wall. The maximum fluctuation range before leveling was 25×10-7kg/(m2·s),and the one after leveling was 5×10-7 kg/(m2·s).The reasonable air distribution was an important factor to ensure the decrease of furnace wall wear.
