燃煤发电机组碳排放计算与碳减排技术分析

针对燃煤发电机组的特点,根据CO2 生成机理,构建了适用于燃煤机组的碳排放强度计算模型.基于 46 台机组试验数据,利用该模型研究了碳排放强度随机组等级、煤质以及机组负荷等因素变化关系,并给出了降低供电CO2 排放的措施.结果表明:机组的发电碳排放强度主要受机组发电煤耗率、燃煤的收到基低位发热量和燃煤收到基碳元素含量影响.通过数据拟合了碳排放强度与发电煤耗率间估算公式,烟煤的单位标准煤CO2 生成系数为 2.79 t/t.安徽省 2021 年平均供电碳排放强度下降到 658 g/(kW·h),通过提高新能源装机和电量占比、提升燃煤机组效率,燃煤耦合生物质发电,碳捕集、封存与利用技术及低碳调度等措施,可显著降低区域电力碳排放强度.
Carbon Emission Calculation and Analysis of Carbon Emission Reduction Technology of Coal-Fired Generator Set
Based on the features of coal-fired generator set,according to the CO2 generation mechanism,a calculation method was given for the carbon emission intensity of coal-fired generator set.Based on the test data of 46 sets,a study was conducted using the calculation model established to investigate the influence of unit level,coal quality and unit load change on the carbon emission intensity.Meantime,the measure to reduce average power supply carbon emission intensity was proposed.Results show that the carbon emission intensity is mainly affected by the coal consumption rate of the power generation unit,the received base low calorific value of coal combustion,and the received base carbon content of coal combus-tion.The estimation formula was fitted between carbon emission intensity and coal consump-tion rate for power generation,and the CO2 generation coefficient per unit standard coal con-sumption for soft coal is 2.79 t/t.The average power supply carbon emission intensity in Anhui Province of 2021 fell to 658 g/(kW·h).It was found that increasing the proportion of new energy installed capacity and electricity,improving the efficiency of coal-fired sets,coal-fired coupled biomass power generation and carbon capture,storage and utilization technolo-gy,low carbon dispatch and other measures can significantly reduce the carbon emission in-tensity of regional electricity.
