火电机组锅炉入炉煤质普遍变化较大,在比较锅炉运行工况经济性时需对锅炉效率进行煤质修正.基于微分偏差法推导了锅炉效率煤质修正计算式,提出了采用各比较工况煤质的算术平均值作为锅炉效率修正的基准值的方法,并给出一个实际应用算例.算例结果表明:在进行工况经济性比较时应充分重视锅炉效率的煤质修正问题,如果简单地将锅炉效率统一修正到设计煤种,可能会得出错误的结论.
Coal Quality Correction Method of Boiler Efficiency for Economic Comparison of Different Running States of Boiler
The coal quality of boilers of thermal power units generally changes greatly.When comparing the economy of different running states of boiler,it is necessary to modify boiler efficiency by the coal quality.Based on the differential deviation method,this paper deduces the coal quality correction calculation formula of boiler efficiency,puts forward the method of using the arithmetic average of coal quality of all compared running states of boiler as the reference value of boiler efficiency coal quality correction,and gives a practical application example.The example results show that the coal quality correction of boiler efficiency should be paid full attention to in the economic comparison of running states of boiler.If the boiler efficiency is simply corrected to the design coal quality,a wrong conclusion may be drawn.
