Study On Emission Characteristics of Pollutants From Volatile-Char Separation Combustion of Municipal Solid Waste
In order to study the emission characteristics of pollutants from the separation and combustion of volatile matter and pyrolysis carbon in household waste, and to explore the reduction of pollutant emissions from household waste combustion by changing the combus-tion method, this paper used a fixed bed device to experimentally compare the volatile matter and pyrolysis carbon from direct combustion and pyrolysis of household waste separately. The results show that compared with direct combustion, the total amount of CO,HCl,SO2,NO2,NH3,HCN,HNCO generated by separated combustion is significantly reduced, and the generation of NO and N2 O is slightly increased.Under different combustion methods, there is a big difference in the composition of the NOx.The main component of NOxproduced by direct combustion is NO and NO2,while the separated combustion is NO.Under different combustion methods, the excess air coefficientαaffects the amount of pollutants. With the increase ofα,the CO,N2 O,SO2,and NH3 produced by direct combustion are reduced,NO,NO2,HCN,and HNCO are increased, and the production of NO by volatile combustion increases significantly, while HCN and HNCO are slightly reduced, the generation of HCl,N2 O,NO2,NH3 is very small, and the change is not obvious. The generation of pollutants by the combustion of pyrolytic-char is relatively low.
