300MW循环流化床锅炉风室漏渣分析及防控措施

某 300 MW循环流化床锅炉风室出现严重漏渣情况,经过观察和分析,发现风帽的磨损和风帽帽头的脱落是造成风室漏渣的主要原因.在运行过程中,控制一次风量,控制入炉燃料的粒度分布和杂物,提高入炉燃料的稳定性,可大大减轻循环流化床锅炉风帽的磨损情况.通过增加风帽帽头与导风管连接件尺寸,提高焊接质量,保证连接强度,避免因风帽帽头脱落造成风室漏渣.
Analysis and Control Measures of Slag-Leakage in Air Chamber of 300 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
Serious slag leakage occurred in the air chamber of a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler.Through observation and analysis,it was found that the abrasion of funnel cap and the falling off of the cap tip were the main causes of the slag leakage in air chamber.Dur-ing operation,controlling the primary air volume,controlling the particle size distribution and debris of the fuel in the furnace,improving the stability of the fuel,can greatly reduce the abrasion of the funnel cap of the CFB boiler.By increasing the size of the fastenings,im-proving the welding quality to ensure the connection strength,the leakage of the air chamber caused by the cap tip falling off can be avoided.
