Design and Application of a Flow-Coke Monitoring Device on a W-Type Flame Boiler
In the process of implementing the coking measures,the operating personnel will not be able to achieve the effect of coking or cause the problem of coking in the boiler cold ash hopper due to the lack of real-time monitoring and control of the flow rate of coking.Therefore,the design concept of a flow coke online monitoring device is proposed,which has been successfully applied to 660 MW W type boiler,and can monitor the flow coke speed of the boiler in real time,and guide the operators to adjust the boiler air distribution mode in time,so as to make the boiler operate safely and stably.The device has the advantages of low manufacturing cost,easy operation and maintenance,and can be popularized in the same type of units.
