A Comparative Analysis of Long-Term Periodic Operation of Wet FGD Dimester of Different Processes
How to stably control the demister pressure difference is one of the key factors that signifies the safe operation of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD)process. This analysis studies the present four-unit FGD configuration state of a coal field-related power plant. On the premise of getting around unit differences,it analyzes the historical operation data related to the FGD demister with an inductive statistics method.Through the vertical analysis,it describes how well each unit demister ran in the past.Given in the horizontal analysis,it also points out actual problems that exist in the operation adjustment and process design. At the process design, there are mainly some problems, such as unreasonable configuration of demister, defects in the design of the water flushing system and so on.At the operation adjustment, there are mainly some problems, such as the average water consumption of the demister, washing frequency of the demister, the average flow rate of the water pump, the density control of the absorption tower and so on.Above all, this analysis will help plant operators predict the FGD demister operation state.Additionally,it provides the actual operation adjustment with direct guidance and optimization suggestions.
