百万机组脱硝尿素热解全工况制氨技术研究

为降低 1 000MW机组 SCR脱硝尿素热解系统能耗,提高运行可靠性,在研究技术发展方向及改造案例的基础上,创新了 1 000MW发电机组 SCR脱硝尿素热解系统制氨技术.该技术采用炉内烟气 空气换热器和电加热器串联的 SCR脱硝尿素热解复合热源制备氨气还原剂.该技术在 1 台 1 000MW机组SCR脱硝系统实施后,机组正常运行工况(45%~100%额定负荷)时完全依靠炉内烟气 空气换热器加热制备氨气,机组启停及调峰工况(0~45%额定负荷)时适当增投电加热器加热制备氨气,可降低机组煤耗 0.24 g/(kW·h),每年实际净收益达 162.6 万元,实现安全、可靠、经济制氨及全工况、全负荷超低排放,推进企业高质量发展.
Study on Ammonia Production Technology of Denitrification Urea Pyrolysis under All Working Conditions of 1 000 MW Unit
In order to reduce the energy consumption of 1 000 MW unit SCR denitration urea py-rolysis system and improve the operation reliability,on the basis of the research of technical develop-ment direction and transformation cases,the 1 000 MW generator unit SCR denitration urea pyroly-sis system ammonia production technology was innovated.In this technology,ammonia reductants are prepared by using SCR denitrification urea pyrolysis compound heat source in series of flue gas air heat exchanger and electric heater.After the implementation of the SCR denitrification system in a 1 000 MW unit,the unit completely depends on the flue gas-air heat exchanger to prepare ammo-nia gas in normal operation condition(45%—100%rated load),and the electric heater is added appropriately to prepare ammonia gas when the unit starts and stops and under peak load(0-45%rated load).It can reduce the coal consumption of the unit by 0.24 g/(kW·h),and the actual net income reaches 1,626,000 yuan per year,realizing safe and reliable,economical ammonia production and ultra-low emission under all working conditions and loads,and pro-moting high-quality development of the enterprise.
