Study on Tube Metal Temperature Distribution Characteristics of Final Superheater of Coal-Fired Boiler Based on CFD
In order to solve the problem that the high-temperature heating surface in a coal-fired boiler is prone to overtemperature and tube explosion accidents,the influence of the flue gas side and the steam side on the tube metal temperature of the heating surface are comprehensively considered.Based on the numerical simulation method,the combustion process of the pulverized coal flow in the furnace is simplified and the coupled gas and steam heat transfer model in the furnace is constructed,which realizes the rapid calculation of the tube metal temperature of the final superheater.On this basis,the characteristics of tube metal temperature distribution and the variation of peak metal temperature position under different working conditions are investigated.Results show that the metal temperature distribution of the final superheater along the way is basically bimodal due to the coupling of flue gas outside the tube and steam inside the tube.With the increase in load,the difference of the metal temperature distribution curves along the way of different pipe panels in the flue gas duct become smaller,and the peak positions of the metal temperature on both sides of the flue gas duct shift downard to different degrees.
