超厚壁压力容器的焊接工艺研究

为了研究超厚壁 20MnMoNb材料的焊接特性,采用专用匹配焊材和焊接工艺进行了工艺性试验研究.基于 20MnMoNb材料特性和焊接工艺性,分析确定了焊接材料、焊接坡口、焊接规范参数及中间热处理、最终热处理规范,对焊缝进行了无损检验和力学性能分析,焊接接头性能满足 NB/T 47014-2023 的考核要求.
Research on Welding Technology of Ultra-Thick Wall Pressure Vessel
In order to study the welding characteristics of ultra-thick wall 20 MnMoNb mate-rial,process experiments were conducted using specialized matching welding materials and welding processes.Based on the characteristics of 20 MnMoNb material and welding process,the welding material,welding groove,welding specification parameters,intermediate heat treatment,and final heat treatment specifications were analyzed and determined.Nondestruc-tive testing and mechanical performance analysis were conducted on the weld seam,and the welding joint performance met the requirements of NB/T 47014-2023.
