350MW超临界CFB锅炉除渣系统控制策略优化研究

针对山西某电厂 2×350 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉水冷式滚筒冷渣器在生产运行中存在堵渣、流渣、排渣超温及自动化控制程度低等问题,提出了针对除渣系统问题的运行调整要点、超前堵渣预警智能算法、冷渣器基于前馈温度变化率的智能调节方法等控制策略,应用后,由于冷渣器堵渣造成机组非计划停运次数、排渣超温(大于 150℃)触发冷渣器保护跳闸次数和人工清渣频次显著减少,极大缓解了电厂生产过程中冷渣器排渣困难的技术问题,为锅炉安全平稳运行奠定基础.
Study on Control Strategy Optimization of Slag Removal System for 350 MW Supercritical CFB Boiler
The water-cooled roller slag cooler of a 2×350 MW supercritical circulating fluid-ized bed(CFB)boiler in Shanxi has some problems in production and operation,such as slag blocking,slag flow,slag discharge over temperature and low degree of automation control.The key points of operation adjustment for slag system problem,intelligent algorithm of ad-vance slag blocking warning,and intelligent adjustment method of slag cooler based on the feedforward temperature change rate are proposed,after application,the number of un-planned shutdowns of the unit caused by slag blocking,the number of protection trip of slag cooler triggered by over temperature of slag discharge(more than 150℃)and the frequency of manual slag cleaning were significantly reduced.It greatly alleviates the technical problem of slag-discharging from the slag-cooler in the production process of the power plant and lays the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
