锅炉燃烧器低负荷超低排放的优化改造

对一种新型低负荷燃烧器(低NOx双分级旋流燃烧器)的结构特点及主要特性进行了介绍;对其在某电厂2×600 MW燃煤锅炉机组灵活性改造中的优化改造方案及性能测试结果进行了分析.结果表明:采用该燃烧器可有效解决锅炉在低负荷下的燃烧器烧损、水冷壁高温腐蚀,以及煤种变化适应性问题;改造后,锅炉可在20%锅炉最大连续出力的负荷下不投油稳燃,锅炉效率可提升至93.37%,且NOx排放得到有效抑制,排放质量浓度为 35.9 mg/m3.
Optimization Reformation of Boiler Burner with Ultra-Low Emission at Low Load
The structural features and main characteristics of a new low load burners(low NOx double sorting burner)were introduced.Its optimization transformation plan and performance test results of it were analyzed in the flexibility retrofit of 2×600 MW coal-fired boilers of a power station.The results show that the burner can effectively solve the problems of burning out of burner,high temperature corrosion of water wall and low adaptability to coal change under low loads.After transformation,the stable combustion without oil can be realized under the load of 20% boiler maximum continuous rating,the boiler efficiency can be increased to 93.37% ,and NOx emission can be effectively suppressed with the emission mass concentration of 35.9 mg/m3.
