A Brief Analysis on Flue Gas-Steam Coupling Generation Technology of Coal-Fired Power Plant with Domestic Waste
In order to promote the low-carbon transformation of coal-fired power units and the effi-cient treatment of domestic waste, this paper explores the technical route of coupling coal-fired units with domestic waste for power generation.Based on the research and analysis of various coupling schemes, this paper takes the coupling power generation of a 750 t/d domestic waste incinerator and a 300 MW subcritical unit as an example, and conducts calculations for typical loads specifically for the high-temperature flue gas side & steam turbine side dual coupling scheme. The impact on the coal-fired boiler after coupling are analyzed, and the technical and economic evaluations are performed. The research results indicate that this coupling scheme is technically feasible and has controllable impacts on the coal-fired unit.Compared with traditional waste-to-energy power generation, this scheme increases the power generation efficiency by more than 10% and reduces the cost per ton of waste by approximately 13% .The dual coupling technology of domestic waste and coal-fired power plant can significantly improve efficiency and reduce costs, with advantages such as low carbon, environmental protection and low cost, aligning with the guidance of national industrial policies.
