Experimental Study on Deep Peak Shaving Operation of Supercritical W-Flame Boiler
In order to study the operating characteristics of supercritical W-flame boiler under low load,a 660 MW supercritical W flame boiler was tested for deep peak shaving operation by means of field trails, and the peak shaving and stable combustion technology of power station boilers are summarized combined with the basic theory of combustion. The result shows that the minimum stable combustion load of the test unit was 35.77% rated load(about 236.11 MW)without any measures to stabilize the ignition.During low load operation, parameters such as unit load, furnace negative pressure, and combustion state fluctuate greatly, but it does not affect the safe operation of the unit; The emission of particulate matter,NOx and SO2 meets national standards; The power consumption rate of the plant is high, and the main reheat steam temperature is low,the thermal economy of the unit is poor. The research results can provide a reference for the deep peak shaving of the same type of unit.
