Calculation Error of GB/T 10184-2015 on Heat Carried by Dry Air and Its Influence Analysis
This paper analyzed the calculation error of GB/T 10184-2015 on the heat carried by dry air and gave a correction algorithm.Meanwhile,ASME PTC 4-2013 was used for checking.The results showed that the correction algorithm was highly accurate,while the relative deviation of calculation results of GB/T 10184-2015 was more than 100%.Moreover,the calculation deviation increases with the increase of the deviation beween the inlet air temperature of the air preheater and the base temperature.In the range of-5-50 ℃ for the typical inlet air temperature of the air preheater,the calculation error of GB/T 10184-2015 results in the absolute deviation of the boiler efficiency with-1.33%-1.32%.For the energy saving projects that increase the inlet air temperature of air preheater,the calculation of GB/T 10184-2015 produces false phenomenon of higher boiler efficiency and larger coal saving.The test results of the project of the low-temperature economizer combined with the steam air heater show that the calculation of GB/T 10184-2015 leads to a 1.09%increase in boiler efficiency and a 2.34 g/(kW·h)increase in coal saving.In addition,under the condition that the heat of the low-temperature economizer is evenly distributed to the steam air heater of the boiler side and the condensing water of the steam turbine side,the energy utilization efficiency of the boiler side is higher,which has the greatest influence on the coal saving amount,while the energy utilization efficiency of the steam turbine side is lower,the energy saving effect is slight,and the power consumption rate of the plant has no obvious change.
