氧量是计算锅炉效率的重要指标.目前火电厂没有直接测量干基氧量的设备,在通常的计算方法中均直接将湿基氧量作为干基氧量计算,对计算锅炉效率的准确性影响较大.深入分析了《火力发电厂技术经济指标计算方法》与《电站锅炉性能试验规程》的计算方法,通过锅炉变工况分析、推导,得出燃用高水分褐煤机组干基氧的精确计算模型,大大提高了锅炉效率的计算精度,适用于燃用任何煤种的机组,具有极高的推广价值.
Research on Calculation Model of Relationship between Wet Basis and Dry Basis Oxygen in Boilers
Oxygen content is an important index for calculating boiler efficiency.At present,there is no equipment to measure dry basis oxygen directly in thermal power plants.In the usual calculation methods,wet basis oxygen is directly calculated as dry basis oxygen,which has a great influence on the accuracy of calculating boiler efficiency.The calculation methods of Performance Test Code for Utility Boiler and Calculating Method of Economical and Technical Inder for Thermal Power Plant are analyzed in depth.Through the analysis and derivation of boiler variable working conditions,the accurate calculation model of dry basis oxygen of the unit firing high-moisture lignite is obtained,which greatly improves the calculation accuracy of boiler efficiency.It is suitable for the unit firing any kind of coal and has extremely high popularization value.
