对不同比例污泥掺烧后选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝装置人口烟气成分进行了测试分析,并跟踪检测了污泥掺烧前后催化剂性能劣化趋势研究.结果表明:随着污泥掺烧比例的增加,SCR脱硝入口 NOx质量浓度升高,烟气流量增大,烟气温度下降,烟气含水量增大,飞灰浓度升高;在2.1%的污泥掺烧比例下,SCR脱硝催化剂的劣化速率与未掺烧时劣化速率相比,无明显异常;污泥高比例掺烧时,脱硝装置氨耗量及氨逃逸明显升高,要充分考虑脱硝入口烟气成分变化对脱硝装置整体性能的影响,优化催化剂选型及提高性能裕量.研究可为污泥掺烧机组SCR脱硝设备运行和管理提供参考及借鉴.
Effect and Analysis of Coal Combustion Coupled Sludge Blending on SCR Denitration Performance
The composition of flue gas at the inlet of SCR denitration unit was tested and analyzed after sludge blending with different proportions was burned,and the degradation trend of catalyst performance before and after sludge blending was tracked and detected.The results show that:With the increase of sludge blending ratio,NOx concentration at SCR denitration inlet increases,flue gas flow increases,flue gas temperature decreases,flue gas water content increases,and fly ash concentration increases;The degradation rate of SCR denitration catalyst under the proportion of 2.1%sludge mixed combustion is not significant-ly abnormal compared with that without mixed combustion;When the sludge is mixed in high proportion,the ammonia consumption and ammonia escape of the denitration device will increase significantly.The influence of the change of flue gas composition at the SCR inlet on the overall performance of the denitration device should be fully considered,the catalyst selection should be optimized,and the performance margin should be improved.This research can provide reference for the operation and management of SCR denitration equip-ment of sludge blending unit.
