基于压磁效应的汽车发动机机油压力检测方法研究

为准确检测汽车发动机润滑系统的机油压力,对一种利用铁基非晶态合金压磁效应实现发动机机油压力检测的方法进行了可行性研究.首先,设计了一种膜片压磁电感式压力传感器,论述了这种传感器的结构、工作原理、输出特性以及主要参数的选择.然后,通过试验,分析了传感器的静态特性以及温度、激磁电流强度、频率对输出的影响.试验结果表明,本文设计的传感器结构简单、工作可靠,温度稳定性高,用于检测发动机机油压力是可行的.
Research of Lubrication Oil Pressure Measuring Method of Auto Engine Based on Piezomagnetic Effect
In order to measure the lubrication oil pressure of auto engine accurately, the feasibility of measuring method based on the piezomagnetic effect of Fe-base amorphous alloy was researched. First, a kind of film piezomagnetic inductance pressure sensor was designed, and its structure, operation principle,output characteristic and the choice of some major parameters were discussed. Second, the static characteristic of the sensor as well as the influence of temperature, excitation circuit intensity and frequency on the output were analyzed through experiment. The experimental result shows that the designed sensor has characteristics such as higher temperature stability and reliability, simpler structure, it is feasible to measure the lubrication oil pressure of auto engine.
