高速公路排水沥青路面可持续服务性能的多尺度分析

为深入研究排水沥青路面性能影响因素,综合分析了高速公路排水沥青路面的综合服务性能,基于盐靖高速加铺排水沥青路面实体工程,并结合吸声试验、降温试验等室内试验评价,分别对不同空隙率、不同厚度的PAV-13 车辙板进行降噪、降温、排水、抗滑特性分析;同时,通过分析 4 年间道路营运管理系统调度指挥中心值班记录和高速公路安全管理信息,对所得交通事故数据进行调查统计分析.结果表明:盐靖高速公路在路面加铺排水沥青层之后,昼间大约可以降低交通噪声 6 dB,夜间可以降低交通噪声约 5 dB,这表明排水沥青路面具有较显著的降噪效果,有效吸收轮胎与路面之间产生的高、低频噪声;排水沥青混合料的渗透系数明显大于密级配沥青混合料,每增加 2%的空隙率,渗透系数约增加17%,最终高达0.158 cm/s,显示出其出色的排水能力;值得注意的是,排水沥青路面的临界滑水速度较密级配路面提升了 9%~40%,意味着在路面积水情况下具有更高的车速上限,从而提高了路面的安全性能;另外,调查发现排水沥青路面能显著降低雨季交通事故率,特别是 3-8 月份,降雨量大时交通事故率明显低于其他月份.因此,排水沥青路面的卓越排水性能和抗滑性能为提升道路安全性提供了重要支持.
Multi-scale Analysis on Sustainable Service Performance of Expressway Drainage Asphalt Pavement
In order to study the influencing factors of drainage asphalt pavement performance,the comprehensive service performance of expressway drainage asphalt pavement is comprehensively analyzed.Based on the physical engineering of Yancheng-Jingjiang expressway overlaying drainage asphalt pavement,combined with sound absorption test,cooling test and other laboratory test evaluation,the characteristics of noise reduction,temperature reduction,drainage and skid resistance of PAV-13 rutting plates with different voids and thickness are analyzed.At the same time,the traffic accident data are investigated and analyzed by analyzing the on-duty record of the dispatching and commanding center of the road operation management system and the expressway safety management information during the past 4 a.The result shows that(1)the traffic noise can be reduced about 6 dB in the daytime and about 5 dB at night after the asphalt pavement is added in Yancheng-Jingjiang expressway,indicating that the asphalt pavement with drainage has a remarkable effect on reducing traffic noise,and absorb the high and low frequency noise between tire and road surface effectively;(2)the permeability coefficient of drainage asphalt mixture is obviously larger than that of dense-graded asphalt mixture,with every 2%increase of void ratio,the permeability coefficient increases by about 17%,and finally reaches 0.158 cm/s,showing the excellent drainage capacity;(3)it is worth noting that the critical water-sliding speed of drainage asphalt pavement is 9%-40%higher than that of dense-graded pavement,that means there is a higher speed limit in the case of water on the pavement,thus improving the road safety performance;(4)in addition,the investigation found that the drainage asphalt pavement can significantly reduce the traffic accident rate in rainy season,especially from March to August.Therefore,the excellent drainage performance and anti-skid performance of drainage asphalt pavement provides an important support for improving road safety.
