道路路面免型钢伸缩缝材料与结构

为解决道路路面用毛勒式伸缩缝病害多发现状,提高路面伸缩缝养护维修效率及使用效益,对伸缩缝病害成因及解决方案开展研究.首先,通过足量的现场调研与资料研究,掌握实际路用中不同部位的破坏类别与成因;其次通过对毛勒式伸缩缝结构分析进行设计改进与材料研究,提出用于道路路面的免型钢伸缩缝结构,新型免型钢伸缩缝已应用于湖北省某省道试验段;然后通过力学强度试验、动态单轴压缩试验、高温车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、小梁低温弯曲试验和间接拉伸疲劳试验等,综合测试于施工现场取样环氧砂浆混合料试样的力学特性、高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性和疲劳耐久性等性能;最后,通过实时位移(缝宽)监测系统对路面的间断式伸缩缝缝宽变化进行监控,获得缝宽同温度的日周期、年周期变化规律.结果表明:随着缝体结构服役年限的增加,病害多发且形式多样,暴露出该结构形式存在缝体脆硬、材料突变、构造分离、应力集中等诸多结构缺陷;环氧砂浆混合料24 h强度可达到 28 d龄期强度的 70%,具备早强特性,其高温、低温、水稳性能及疲劳性能显著优于同层位沥青混合料;试验段连续配筋路面内部预留缝宽合理,在秋季,缝宽早上 7:00 最大,晚上 20:00 最小;CRCP伸缩缝处边缘较中部夏季温度更低缝宽更大;4-5月份、10-11 月份为适宜施工的时段,适宜以 40 mm预留缝宽施行,低温时节宜增大预留量,高温时节宜减小预留量,调整量以 10 mm为宜.
Material and Structure of Non-shaped Steel Expansion Joint Used in Pavement
In order to solve the problem of the frequent occurrence of pavement expansion joints,and to improve the maintenance and repair efficiency,as well as the utilization benefits,a study on the causes and solutions of expansion joints'diseases is carried out.Firstly,through the sufficient amount of on-site research and data analysis,the damage categories and causes of different parts of raad are grasped.Secondly,through the Maurer expansion joint structure analysis for design improvement and material study,a new type of non-shaped steel expansion joint structure is proposed,which is applied in a provincial highway test section in Hubei province.Then,through a compressive strength test,dynamic uniaxial compression test,high-temperature rutting test,water immersion Marshall test,low-temperature trabecular bending test and indirect tensile fatigue test,etc.,the performance of epoxy mortar mixture taken from the construction site is comprehensively tested.Finally,for the purpose of obtaining the joint width change rules with the temperature of daily cycle and annual cycle,the intermittent expansion joints width changes are monitored through the real-time displacement(joint width)monitoring system.The result shows that with the increase of service life,there are many diseases with different patterns,which reveal that there are many structural defects such as brittle and stiff joint features,drastic material transition,separate structural composition,and stress concentration.The strength of epoxy mortar mix in 24 h can reaches 70%of the strength at age of 28 d,which is characterized by early-strengthening properties,and its road performance is significantly better than that of the same-layer asphalt mixture.The reserved joint width is suitable,the joint width reaches the biggest value around 7:00 a.m.,and the lowest value is around 20:00 p.m.in autumn.Compared with the middle continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP),the lateral CRCP presents lower temperature but higher joint width.April to May and October to November are the suitable construction periods with 40 mm implementation.The reservation should be increased in low temperature season,the reservation should be reduced in high temperature season,and the adjustment amount should be 10 mm.
