为探究阳离子水泥乳化沥青(CEA)浆液的流动度、稠度、抗压强度、凝结时间和破乳时间受水泥和乳化沥青掺量的影响规律与机理,通过室内配比试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析,研究了水灰比(W/C)和沥灰比(A/C)对CEA浆液性能的影响规律与机理.结合正交分析与模糊优选理论优选出 CEA浆液最优配比.结果表明:A/C在0.30~0.60 之间时,随着W/C由 0.35 增加到 0.50,CEA浆液中自由水含量增多,水泥颗粒与乳化沥青接触减少,与自由水接触增多,减缓了乳化沥青破乳速度,促进了水泥水化产物的生成,导致CEA浆液流动度和稠度增大,固化CEA试块抗压强度增大,破乳时间与凝结时间延长;当W/C增大到0.6 时,自由水含量增多,在凝结过程中多余的自由水蒸发,固化CEA试块内部孔隙增多,导致其抗压强度降低;随着A/C增大,CEA浆液中自由水含量减少,水泥颗粒与乳化沥青接触增多,水泥水化反应促进了乳化沥青破乳,由于沥青颗粒黏度大且对水泥水化有抑制作用,导致水泥水化产物减少,固化CEA试块抗压强度降低,CEA浆液流动度和稠度减小,破乳时间缩短,终凝时间延长;W/C和A/C均为 0.4 是CEA浆液的最优配比.
Mix Design and Performance Study on CEA Slurry for Shield Tunnel Backfill Grouting in Typical Strata
To investigate the influence rule and mechanism of cement and emulsified asphalt contents on fluidity,consistency,compressive strength,setting time,and demulsification time of cationic cement emulsified asphalt(CEA)slurry,a series of proportioning tests,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrum analysis are performed.The influence of water-cement ratio(W/C)and asphalt-cement ratio(A/C)on the properties of CEA slurry are studied.The optimal proportion of CEA is obtained by combining orthogonal analysis and fuzzy optimization theory.The result indicates that when A/C is 0.30-0.60,the content of free water in CEA slurry increases with the increase of W/C from 0.35 to 0.50.The contact between cement particles and emulsified asphalt is reduced,and the contact with free water is increased.The demulsification rate of emulsified asphalt and the formation of hydration products of cement slow down,which result in the increase of fluidity and consistency of CEA slurry.The compressive strength of solidified CEA blocks increases,and the demulsification time and coagulation time are extended.When W/C increases to 0.6,the content of free water increases.The excess free water evaporates during the coagulation process,which leads to the increase of pores in solidified CEA block,and the decrease of its compressive strength.With the increase of A/C,the content of free water in CEA slurry decreases,the contact between cement particles and emulsified asphalt increases,and the hydration of cement promots the demulsification of emulsified asphalt.Because of the high viscosity of bitumen particles and its inhibition on hydration of cement,the hydration products of cement are reduced,the compressive strength of cured CEA blocks is reduced,the fluidity and consistency of CEA slurry are reduced,the demulsification time is shortened,and the final coagulation time is prolonged.The optimal proportion of CEA slurry is with W/C of 0.4,and A/C of 0.4.
