Study on Stability Compensation During Mountain Wind Turbine Blade Transport
Aiming at the instability problem of mountain wind turbine blade caused by traction force and transverse and longitudinal slope during transport,the vehicle group model is established by using Solidworks.The flow simulation plug-in is used for fluid analysis of transportation tooling.The effects of wind loads with different wind speeds and directions on vehicle group are obtained.In addition,a new power transportation method is proposed to improve safety while ensuring the tractive force.The lifting compensation and rotation compensation of tooling on transverse slope and longitudinal slope are studied.The specific compensation angle formula is fitted.For the tooling with variable counterweight,the specific compensation formula for counterweight position is fitted.The result indicates that in the study on influence of wind loads with different wind speeds and directions on mountain wind turbine blade transport,when the wind speed gradually increases,the variation tendency of total pressure and force increases,and the variation tendency is the same.Due to the airfoil structure of mountain wind turbine blade,the transverse velocity increases in a straight line,and it is not equal to the set environmental velocity.In the study on different wind directions,the transverse wind effect is much greater than the longitudinal wind effect.Furthermore,the transport speed of self-propelled hydraulic flatbed vehicle is very low,so the longitudinal wind effect is usually ignored in practice.Secondly,aiming at the disadvantages of low passability of multi-vehicle traction curve under existing conditions,a multi-power unit transportation mode is designed.In the simulation test for tooling compensation,the rotation and lifting of tooling are used to compensate the transverse and longitudinal slopes encountered in blade transport.The specific compensation angle with a certain slope is obtained by using formula fitting method.In the simulation test for counterweight position,the specific compensation position of counterweight with a certain lifting angle is obtained with fitting formula.
