Double-Layer Information Propagation Model of Connected Vehicle Platoon Based on Immune Mechanism
After the malicious information infects the connected vehicle platoon,it would have an impact on the car following behavior,and reduce the road utilization rate or endanger the safety of vehicle platoon.It is necessary to study the infection process of malicious information,and to propose solutions.A bidirectional propagation mode of malicious information and immune information is proposed based on the independent cascade model.A double-layer information propagation model is established based on communication transmission differences.A method for observer vehicle healing platoon is proposed referring to the immune mechanism of patch healing network viruses.According to the information function,the propagated information is classified into target information,malicious information,and immune information.According to the propagation pattern differences,the information is placed in the corresponding model layer.In the constructed simulation platform,the platooning control scenario of connected vehicle platoon is simulated.By injecting malicious information,the feasibility of proposed double-layer propagation model is verified.The concept of healing speed ratio is introduced as an experimental variable,and the optimal setting parameters for observer vehicles in the connected vehicle platoon are discussed.The result indicates that the double-layer propagation model can reasonably explain the propagation mechanism of malicious information and immune information in the connected vehicle platoon.The target information is direct transmitted to the required vehicles.The malicious and immune information bidirectionally propagated in the communication interaction layer to achieve the respective infection or healing functions.When the healing time of immune information is fixed,the optimal position for observer vehicles is in the middle of platoon,which could achieve the smallest average vehicle spacing deviation.When the observer vehicle is positioned in the middle of platoon,there is an optimal value for the healing speed ratio,which could balance the healing cost and effectiveness.The proposed observer vehicle strategy can effectively defend against the harm caused by malicious information propagation.
