ZIF-8/GO协同聚磷酸铵复合改性沥青阻燃性能及机理

为探究沥青路面的火灾安全问题,设计并制备了沸石类咪唑框架材料/氧化石墨烯(ZIF-8/GO)阻燃剂,并将其与聚磷酸铵(APP)进行复配应用于沥青的阻燃抑烟改性.采用FTIR,XRD,Raman和XPS对ZIF-8/GO的结构进行表征.采用氧指数法、锥形量热仪和热重红外气质联用仪对复合改性沥青的阻燃性能进行表征.结果表明:ZIF-8/GO与APP的复配存在良好的协同效应,对沥青具有良好的抑烟效果.当添加质量分数为3%的ZIF-8/GO和质量分数为 7%的APP时,复合改性沥青试样已符合相关标准规范中复合改性沥青难燃的规定;复合改性沥青试样的热释放速率曲线较为平缓且范围变宽,峰值热释放速率较沥青降低了 44.97%,复合改性沥青试样的总生烟量值也明显降低,ZIF-8/GO和APP的添加能显著减缓复合改性沥青的燃烧速率,使得燃烧相对缓和地进行,有效地减少烟雾的排放及降低燃烧过程中释放的热量;复合改性沥青试样燃烧后生成连续且致密的炭层,可以起到良好的阻隔作用.APP和ZIF-8/GO的复配实现了凝聚相和气相共同阻燃,因而表现出良好的阻燃性能.此外,添加ZIF-8/GO和APP复配阻燃剂对复合改性沥青试样的基本路用性能有所影响,但均在标准规范范围之内.
Flame Retardant and Mechanism of Composite Asphalt Modified with ZIF-8/GO Synergistic Ammonium Polyphosphate
To explore the fire safety of asphalt pavement,the zeolitic imidazolate frameworks-8/graphene oxide(ZIF-8/GO)flame retardant was designed and prepared.It was combined with ammonium polyphosphate(APP),and applied to flame retardant and smoke suppression modification of asphalt.The structure of ZIF-8/GO was characterized by using FTIR,XRD,Raman and XPS.The flame retardant properties of composite modified asphalt were characterized by using limiting oxygen index,cone calorimetry and TG-IR.The result indicates that the combination of ZIF-8/GO and APP has good synergistic effect,and has good smoke suppression effect on asphalt.When adding ZIF-8/GO of 3.0%mass fraction and APP of 7.0%mass fraction,the composite modified asphalt sample meet the composite modified asphalt flame retardant provisions in the industry standard.The heat release rate curve of composite modified asphalt is relatively smooth,and the range is wider.The peak heat release rate is reduced by 44.97%compared with asphalt.The total smoke generation value of composite modified asphalt is also significantly reduced.The addition of ZIF-8/GO and APP can significantly slow down the burning rate of composite modified asphalt,and make the combustion relatively moderate,that effectively reduce smoke emissions,and reduce the heat released during combustion.Moreover,continuous and dense carbon layer is formed after the combustion of composite modified asphalt,which can play a good barrier role.The combination of APP and ZIF-8/GO realizes the flame retardant of condensed phase and gas phase.Therefore,it shows good flame retardant performance.In addition,the addition of ZIF-8/GO and APP compound flame retardants has some effects on the basic pavement performance of composite modified asphalt samples,but all are within the standard range.
