模块式加筋挡土墙的筋板连接试验研究与强度分析

筋材与面板的连接强度是影响模块式加筋挡土墙稳定性的重要因素之一.为了探究模块式加筋挡土墙的合理连接方式,设计并制作了平面式、锯齿式和自嵌式3种筋板连接方式.通过拉拔试验测试了3种连接方式的连接强度发展规律和失效模式,再以此基础建立了摩擦型筋板连接的强度计算方法并进行实例分析.结果表明:3种筋板连接方式的连接强度具有基本相同的发展规律,都属摩擦型连接;相同法向应力和表观接触长度下,平面式筋板连接的强度最低;自嵌式连接在线性段的强度高于锯齿式连接,而后者的强度极限高于前者;界面法向应力和筋材锚固长度对连接强度具有重要影响,并存在临界效应:当法向应力小于法向应力临界值且锚固长度小于临界长度时,界面强度与法向应力呈线性关系,筋板连接以筋材拔出而失效;当法向应力大于临界值或锚固长度大于临界长度时,强度包络线为一条水平线,筋板连接以筋材机械损伤后断裂而失效;平面式筋板连接的强度包络线线性段过坐标原点,而锯齿式和自嵌式筋板连接存在一种界面黏聚力;基于试验结果建立了摩擦型筋板连接的强度表达式和模块式加筋挡土墙筋板连接的稳定性分析方法,并进行了实例分析.
Experimental Study and Strength Analysis on Reinforcement-module Connection of Modular Reinforced Retaining Wall
The reinforcement-module connection strength is one of the important factors affecting the stability of modular reinforced retaining walls.To explore the reasonable connection methods for modular reinforced retaining walls,3 types of reinforcement-module connection methods were designed and manufactured,including planar,serrated,and self-embedded.The development rule and failure mode of connection strength of 3 connection methods were tested through pull-out tests.Based on this,the strength calculation method for friction type reinforcement-module connection was established,and the example analysis was conducted.The result indicates that the strengths of 3 types of connections have basically the same development pattern,all of which belong to friction type connections.Under the same normal stress and apparent contact length,the strength of planar ribbed plate connections is the lowest.The strength of linear segment of self-embedded connection is higher than that of serrated connection,and the strength limit of the latter is higher than that of the former.The normal stress at interface and the anchorage length of reinforcement have significant influence on the connection strength,and there is a critical effect.When the normal stress is less than the critical value of normal stress,and when the anchorage length is less than the critical length,the interface strength and normal stress have linear relation.The reinforcement-module connection fails due to the withdrawal of reinforcement.When the normal stress is greater than the critical value,or the anchorage length is greater than the critical length,the strength envelope line is a horizontal line,and the reinforcement plate connection fails due to mechanical damage to the reinforcement material.The linear segment of strength envelope of planar connection passes through the coordinate origin,while there is a type of interface cohesive force between serrated and self-embedded connections.Based on the experimental results,the strength expression for friction type reinforced modular connections and the stability analysis method for reinforcement-module connections of modular reinforced retaining wall were established,and the example analysis was conducted.
