Study on Lateral Anti-overturning Stability of Loaded Traveling Erection Equipment of Flexible Track on Cable
Aiming at the overturning risk of equipment in the loaded traveling process,the basic mechanical model of equipment was established.The study carried out deep research on the general stress state of equipment.The analysis method for lateral anti-overturning stability,influencing factors on stability,structural optimization,attitude control measures,etc.First,the allowable maximum unbalanced lifting force was taken as the evaluating indicator of lateral stability of equipment.7 stability influencing factors and 2 instability modes were analyzed.The simplified stability calculation formula was derived.The numerical calculation method was presented,whose calculation error was about 2%.Then,the key factors affecting equipment stability were extracted by using parameter sensitivity analysis.The equipment structure and weight were optimized based on this.Among 9 sensitive parameters,the equipment structure size had the greatest influence on equipment stability,followed by the wind load,lifting point load,and tension force of walking load-bearing cable.The weight of equipment and uneven coefficient of tension force of walking load-bearing cable had the least influence.The lateral anti-overturning stability of equipment increased by 9.4% after optimization.Finally,the equipment attitude control standards under 4 typical working conditions were formulated.To ensure the safety of equipment,the collision between equipment and catwalk should be controlled when loaded,and the lateral deflection angle should not exceed 5.39° when unloaded.Combined with the result of parameter sensitivity analysis,2 lateral attitude control measures of equipment were proposed,which can correct the attitude of equipment in time and effectively,so that it can always maintain the best traveling attitude.
