岩沥青在路面工程中的应用及性能研究综述

天然岩沥青作为沥青的一种"绿色"可替代物,不仅可以部分或完全替代现有沥青,而且不存在与基质沥青相容性差的问题.为进一步推动路面用岩沥青材料的应用与发展,梳理总结了国内外路面用岩沥青材料研究动态;明确了不同种类岩沥青产地分布、化学组分、元素含量差异及工艺效能;全面综合对比评价国内外岩沥青及复合改性沥青基本物理性能、高低温流变性能及抗老化性能;调查总结岩沥青改性沥青混合料强度、低温抗裂性能、高温抗车辙性能及抗水损坏性能.结果表明:不同产地的岩沥青灰分、沥青、四组分及元素含量有差异,组分对岩沥青改性沥青及沥青混合料性能具有重要影响;岩沥青制备工艺分为干法和湿法,2 种方法各有优缺点;岩沥青的加入能够改善沥青的高温流变性能,提高混合料的抗高温车辙、抗水损坏及抗老化性能;岩沥青较大的比表面积、发达的孔隙结构及灰分中含有的碱性矿物能够增强沥青的吸附作用;岩沥青改性过程中没有官能团的产生与消失,属于物理改性;岩沥青会与沥青中的轻组分结合,改变黏弹比例,提升热稳定性.
Review on Application and Performance of Rock Asphalt in Pavement Engineering
As a sort of environmental protection alternative to asphalt,the natural rock asphalt can not only partially or fully replace current asphalt,but also eliminate the compatibility issues with matrix asphalt.To further promote the application and development of rock asphalt materials for pavement,the research trends of rock asphalt materials for pavement at home and abroad were summarized.This review clarified the differences in source distribution,chemical composition,elemental content,and process efficiency of various types of rock asphalt.It also conducted the thorough comparative evaluation of the basic physical properties,high and low-temperature rheological properties,and aging resistance properties of domestic and foreign rock asphalt and composite modified asphalt.The study summarized the strength,low-temperature crack resistance,high-temperature rutting resistance,and resistance to water damage of rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture.The result indicates that the rock asphalts from different sources have differences in ash content,asphalt content,four components,and elemental content.The different components have different influences on the performance of rock asphalt modified asphalt and asphalt mixtures.The preparation processes for rock asphalt mainly include dry and wet methods,both with advantages and disadvantages.The addition of rock asphalt can improve the high-temperature rheological properties of asphalt,enhancing the resistance of the mixture to high-temperature rutting,water damage,and aging.The large specific surface area,developed pore structure and alkaline minerals contained in ash can improve the asphalt adsorption.There is no generation and disappearance of functional groups in the rock asphalt modification process,which belongs to the physical modification.The rock asphalt can be combined with the asphalt in light component,changing the proportion of viscoelasticity to improve the thermal stability.
