On Risk Management of the Scientific Research Project
The scientific research project features long-term cycle of the scientific development, complex technical management, and large scale funding. In addition, there’re tremendous uncertainties teemed with a bunch of risks in the course of scientific research and development. Thus, it is necessary to carry out the management from the prospective of risks in the project, to elude the risk popped up in the process of conducting the project. This paper analyzes the risks exist in scientific research projects, and expounds the major approach to risk control and management.
