Chinese classical learning system in university plays an important role in history of cultural development, whose essence is still affecting colleges and universities in China nowadays. This article not only probes into the concept and institutional construction of academy system, but also puts forward some and proposals and suggestions, with a view to provide helpful references for management system reform in colleges and universities.
