Study on the Influencing Factors to Develop EPC for Large Design Institutes
Aiming at developing EPC project, this paper makes a study on the promoting factors from policy support and traditional advantages aspects to develop EPC combined with the project management practice in large design institute. Then this paper selective analyzes the obstacles and disadvantages from internal and external factors..At last it emphasizes to pay more attention to several risks during the EPC project running.
