作为企业价值链上的最基础单元,班组是企业创新、实践的主阵地。在我国企业近20年的精益管理探索中,以班组为载体进行了大量有益的尝试并初见成效。但这些实践多数侧重于生产方式的效仿和管理工具的应用,忽视了精益作为一种管理哲学的重要意义,有可能落入“照猫画虎”的困境,在提升阶段显露疲态。本文在分析了全面精益管理的核心思想基础上,提出了在班组建设中深入运用精益管理思想的可能性和措施。
Application of Total Lean Management in construction of team in factory
Asth most basic unit of enterprise value chain, the team in factory is the main position of enterprise innovation and practice. In the nearly 20 years of exploration of Lean Management in the enterprises of our country, the team in factory as a carrier for a lot of useful attempts and achieved initial success. But the practice mostly focuses on the mode of production and management tools to emulate, ignoring the importance of Lean as a management philosophy,and is likely to fall into the plight of "copy sth. without catching its spirit", in the phase of ascension revealed weakness. Based on the analysis of the core idea of Total Lean Management, put forward the possibility and measures to further the use of Lean Management thinking in the construction of team in factory.
