In the background of the new era, the enterprises and institutions must adapt to the new situation of ideological and political education, the rational development of ideological and political education transfer positive energy. In this paper, combined with the the connotation of positive energy and actual ideological and political education ,from improving their quality of personal, emotional warmth, to avoid negative energy analysis of ideological and political education and other aspects of the development of positive energy, and put forward some ways of transfer positive energy.
