To reform the administrative law enforcement system to promote the process of the government by law
In China, most of laws and regulations are implemented by administrative organs to perform the functions of managing economical, political and social affairs. Therefore, the administrative law enforcement system is vital to the construction of government by law. This thesis aims at the problems existing in the administrative law enforcement system to raise corresponding reform measures. Also, this thesis stresses the reform on administrative law enforcement system to promote the construction of government by law.
