运用资源论对高校科研绩效评价体系的研究

高校在研究设计校内科研绩效评价体系时,不仅要关注校内各组织单位的科研产出绩效,还应考虑各组织单位的资源投入对科研产出绩效的影响。因此,我们把高校校内科研绩效评价体系与高校校内的资源优化配置结合起来,运用资源论对高校科研绩效评价体系进行分析研究,有利于提高高校对资源的合理运用能力和整体科研绩效的提升。
The Study on University's Research Performance Appraising Evaluation System in Resource Theory
While designing the appraising evaluation system of inside research performance, we should not only care about the research benefic outputs of every inside organization, also consider the impacts of the resource inputs of every inside organization. It is necessary to combine the resource distribution and the performance appraising system together, and then study the university’s research performance appraising evaluation system in resource theory, which can not only arouse the reasonable distributing ability of inside resource, but also play a role in arousing whole research performance.
