Investigation on the Usage of Public Library's Electronic Reading Room—— Took Hubei Provincial Library for instance
The investigation took Hubei Provincial Library for instance,analyzed the distribution of readers in electronic reading room and the usage of electronic reading room ,collected readers' comments and suggestions, identified problems and suggested improvements through questionnaires, interviews and other methods. In order to further improve the electronic reading room services and facilities to better serve the readers,raising the level of public cultural services of Hubei Provincial Library.
