Discussion on Strengthening Management of National Science and Technology Major Project in Scientific Research Institutes
National science and technology major projects to continue to focus on the implementation of a kind of science and technology plans after integrated into fi ve categories in the 13th fi ve-year plan period; it is the top priority of science and technology development. The paper analyzes some problems existing in the research institutes management on the national science and technology major project, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to provide reference for improving national science and technology major project management level.
