试论幼师生自我评价意识的激发与培养

为了培养合格的幼儿教师,在幼儿师范院校,理科课程是作为必修课程设置的,由于幼师生在以往的理科课程学习中较少体验到成功和快乐,因此对于幼师的理科课程采取了回避的学习态度.笔者在理科课程教学中,尝试采用了多种激发和培养幼师生自我评价意识的途径,有效促进了幼师生学习主动性的发展,提高了教学效率.
How to inspire and cultivate the sense of self-evaluation for Elementary Education students
In Elementary Education colleges, the science courses are set as compulsory modules for students to become qualified kindergarten teachers. However, these students had seldom experienced sense of joy or accomplishment with science courses, so they are less-motivated. The author in her experience of teaching science courses has explored varied ways to inspire and cultivate the sense of self-evaluation for the students, which has improved their self-motivation in study and the classroom effi ciency.
