厦门市柔性引进高层次医学人才的探索

为了解决厦门卫生人才资源不足的问题,厦门市政府在全国率先推行“双主任制”学科共建管理新模式,在柔性引进大批高端医学人才方面取得了不错成绩。本文从多角度介绍了“双主任制”实质内涵,重点分析与探讨了“双主任制”取得巨大成功的原因,并对目前所存在的问题提出建议。
The exploration of introduce high level health talent flexibly in Xiamen
In order to solve the problem of the lack of health human resource in Xiamen,Xiamen government carry on a new mode of discipline management of“double director”,and achieve huge success of introduce a lot of health telent flexibly.This article introduce the detail of the policy of“double director” in different angles. Analyze and probe the reason of why the policy of“double director” can achieve so huge success. At the same time, this article provide some recommendations for the problem of this policy.
