On the Cultivation of English Student-teachers’ Professional Ability from the Perspective of Course Study--Based on the investigation of English Student-teachers in Zhejiang Ocean University
At present, there is a phenomenon of "out of line" between the curriculum study of English student-teachers and the requirements for teachers in elementary English education, which will weaken the employment competitiveness and future career development of English student-teachers. This paper makes a survey on English student-teachers in Zhejiang Ocean University from three aspects----the curriculum, the teaching form and ability training. Furthermore, it puts forward three corresponding suggestions, aiming to explore better ways to cultivate sustainable development of English student-teachers’ professional ability.
